I am in Edmond, Oklahoma, but the gps says I'm in Kansas City. Kansas City is the default city it is set to after manufacturing. I am trying to set it to my current location, but don't know how. Please help! Thanks!

It sounds like it never acquired satellite lock. Turn it on and place it under open sky and leave it there for 30 minutes. That should take care of it.
