I cannot remember the name of the iPhone application where u can track the GPS location of 5 different cell phone/numbers Without them knowing can anyone help me out with this?

I don't know of a program like that. Tracking programs normally notify the person, or they are used by parents to track their kids (other numbers on their account).
You can use a program like Loopt or Google Latitude to find your friends if they use it too... they have to choose to let you see where they are though.
