What's the best GPS for the money which includes free lifetime traffic?

I'm in the market to buy my first GPS and want some help deciding which one to buy.
I would like to have free lifetime traffic updates.
And, speech recognition would be nice.
Also, having text to speech, bluetooth, FM receiver, MP3, multiple trip routing, where am I, lock with password.
Any suggestions/reviews from someone that owns a GPS with the above features and is so happy with it that they can recommend it would be greatly appreciated.

Garmins are very good especially the ones with the new software update that came out about 5-6 months ago, I have a Garmin.
