Is there any GPS Navigational System that has internet on it, and which one is the best to buy?

I'm looking to buy a new GPS Navigational System for my car.

There are a couple of ways to go: all of the major cell carriers are starting to carry phones that can browse the internet (usually the 'mobile' web), and many also have an integrated GPS but that means getting a new contract and the screen is very small (not recommended for driving).

As far as devices dedicated as primarily an auto GPS receiver, companies are just beginning to use the web and only in very limited capacities. At this year's Consumer Electronic Show...

Garmin has just announced the Nuvi 880 that will include MSN Direct that will give you traffic updates, news/stocks, weather, and local events (festivals, sporting events, etc.) and route you to them. It will be available in the 2nd quarter of 2008.

Magellan introduced a similar Maestro Elite 5340 that uses Google Local searches. They announced that it will be available Q1 of 2008.

Each device will require an additional subscription and neither device allows users to browse the web (I don't know about you but if texting and driving is so dangerous, I can't imagine what surfing and driving could do).
