In windows VISTA windows explorer has a navigation pane and a details pane with white backgrounds does anyone knows how can I change that background please help! Thanks!

There is no way to change this within Explorer 8, however you can change window border colors under the Control Panel in Vista. Also there are 'skins' widely available for download for IE 8 that apply different color schemes to the browser.
