I have a 2010 honda accord coupe with factory navigation. It doesnt have a backup camera and I want to install one. Is it possible to just buy the camera with wires and hook it up to my screen so i can just put it in reverse and have it work normally? If so, where can i get it?

Nope, I don't think you can do that,
get a separate screen for the backup camera
