How / Can I add navigation to a 2008 Mercedes E350 if it was not originally installed?

So I'm looking to take over a lease from someone who currently has a 2008 E350 Mercedes. The car doesn't have navigation, but does have the console. Obviously they opted out of getting it originally.

Can I add navigation? If so, where can I look online, to better understand next steps, and maybe pricing... What does the process entail?

Thanks!

Navigation can be retrofitted to your car as a dealer option but only if the E-Class had the upgraded COMAND unit installed at the factory. If it only has the base radio, a Benz navigation unit cannot be installed. Your only option at that point would be an aftermarket unit.

need to talk to the dealer but you are better off getting a portable GPS unit since it is a lease you can then take it with you to your next vehicle after you pay for this car and give it back. or better yet learn to read a map.

i believe it will cost additional $ 5,000 otherwise buy tom tom for $ 300
