I created my website using yahoo Site Builder. Using the navigation bar, I want to link to another website, not another page in my website. Any ideas how I can accomplish this? Thanks!

I don't see what the problem is? Instead of giving a relative URL, give the whole URL : http://www.external_domain.com.
