How do you get a gap from the navigation bar on myspace to your profile, like that starting of the white?

I see it all the time.

When people hide their navigation bar they can more their profile down some,

I wanna do that.

not sure if this is for profile 2.0 or not but if it is add this to your CSS box to accomplish this

div.contentMid2 {margin-top:25px;}
