How to restore FAVORITE LINKS folder from the navigation panel?

Mine says 'empty'. I must have deleted it accidentally. And now I want to restore it. How?
Here's my idea: you press the right button on your navigation panel's favorite links and then press OPEN FAVORITE LINKS FOLDER. After this tell me the path of the open folders.

Your problem is you seem to misunderstand the term "delete." It's not there to be restored. You will have to start from the beginning and select those favourites again. Sorry, but that's how the digital world works.
You might check you Recycle Bin, the ingredients may be there...

All viewable content for the Windows folders can be accessed by (open a folder, i.e. 'My Computer) selected "View" and choosing an item. To view favorites, go >View >Explorer Bar >Favorites, or simple press "Ctrl-I"
